We do think it's for anyone. But just some notes here: The Trainers Program is about the price of 4 Starbucks coffee and 21 days is such a short period of time. This means it’s so easy to decide to just not do the challenge. Not to worry, because The Realm is just here whenever you’re ready. |

Hi I’m Lucy BloomfieldI am pleased to be able to give The Realm a reference. I have known, and been a client of The Realm for the last three and a half years. I began training with The Realm after quite serious illness in 2018. I joined the gym with the aim to regain, increase and maintain, my strength, balance and overall fitness. It was a choice to make a lifestyle change with a long-time goal. In my first week, I had trial PT session with The Realm. I was very impressed and from that day, I have had 2 PT sessions per week and am completely satisfied with every aspect of their training. It may be unusual to have a PT for the length of time I have, but my need for motivation and a set commitment to “turn up” each week was vital to my recovery. The Realm took the time to explore my history, both medical and lifestyle, what my goals were, and they continuously revisits these issues, as I have progressed. They are amazingly empathetic and genuinely caring. They has extremely good people skills and is invested in getting the best outcome for me always. They changes my program every month, with a different session plan for both sessions during each week. They always checks to see how I felt after the last session, and if I am feeling ok before we start each new session. Their depth of knowledge about the human body to amazing, and I have never had a sore muscle or joint that they did not have an exercise to help! They also monitors my diet, and for me, suggests ways to mainly make sure I don’t lose weight! The Realm’s training is tailored to each client. they instructs how to do every exercise/piece of equipment to get the best benefit from it. They are patient, and flexible and understanding, They is also focused and organised, very dependable, punctual and a great communicator. They are very observant at all time during training to identify any pain or weakness and help to prevent injury. They is continually working on improving areas to help me achieve my goals. I would recommend The Realm to anyone who is thinking of engaging a personal trainer. |
